I don't think that's the case, this was after Stoekers run and before Weston, all the other runs showed the difference of the times as below screenshots

What the 0.30 is the difference between the run time and the fastest time recorded at that time, not necessarily the leading pair's time.

So Stoecker was 0.30 behind the other Briton, but only 0.18 behind the German.

That makes sense, so when they and the following reports said Weston made up 0.3 they are incorrect it was 0.18. Not that it matters apart from in my pedants brain.

I'm not sure why it's "elite bollocks" either, there's plenty of indoor places in the UK to go and enjoy them for only a few quid, it's sport just like football.

Some of our competitors have been brilliant, and not just those that have won the medals, but plenty that haven't, but have produced their best times ever.
