Apparantly he's not standing again. There is no real evidence to back up the Welsh Government's so called facts.
ALL can be argued against and basically disproved.
The man is an idiot but it is down to the Welsh people to vote him out especially if he refuses to listen to them regarding the petition.
So you’re telling me that cyclists don’t have to follow the Highway Code? You’re wrong I’m afraid mate. It’s good practice but there is no speed limit for cyclists.
The Highway Code sets out speed limits for specific vehicle types, which doesn’t include bicycles.
I’m sure you’d still manage to catch it.A sheep has a top speed of 20 mph.
Just sayin.
So you’re telling me that cyclists don’t have to follow the Highway Code?
I don’t think I am wrong mate as I did my cycling proficiency in 1983 & I distinctly remember cyclists are bound by the Highway Code ;)
Highway Code
Rule 124. You MUST NOT exceed the maximum speed limits for the road and for your vehicle (see the speed limits table). A speed limit of 30 mph (48 km/h) generally applies to all roads with street lights (excluding motorways) unless signs show otherwise.
Not sure why you think cyclists wouldn’t have to adhere to the Highway Code mate?
Is there any evidence that cyclists aren’t bound by the rules of the Highway Code?
Edit & what do you mean different vehicles have different speed limits? Not in a 30mph zone they don’t
That’s not what I said.
Jesus Christ this is like arguing with thick twats on Facebook about road tax.

Does The Speed Limit Apply To Cyclists? | Slater + Gordon
Are British cyclists legally obliged to adhere to the same speed limit regulations as motorists or are they exempt? Find out what are specialist solicitors say.www.slatergordon.co.uk
But they can be prosecuted for “cycling furiously”
I’d love to see that one argued in court.
I’m not advocating for dangerous riding btw.
I’m a keen cyclist and a member of a cycling club - I’ve seen all these arguments before.
And it annoys me when Deliveroo twats jump red lights too.
Nope.I’m pretty certain cyclists are bound by the highways code mate, so whilst it’s unlikely you’d get prosecuted for speeding, cyclists do have to adhere to speed limits
