laughing out loud reading this thread already! some writing him off after the bournemouth game and the last 20 mins of a game we got humped in?! Leroy was shockingly shit in his first season and although providing amazing moments with his pace was so inconsistent at times so although ferran is lacking abit of leroys pace, he can end up being alot more consistent hence better for the team? Players often struggle even to get into a pep team in their season or at least take a season to understand what pep wants like bernardo and leroy did? For the fee we paid championship players are going for more! lol

He was shite until the turn of the year. It began to click towards the end of the season and we started to look class with that front 3. He was staggeringly bad for a few months though!
 
He will have games like this every now and then, mixed with brilliant ones. It will take time, always expected it.

Is that not an issue though? we have many players who all play their best football in the same positions,so invariably some will end up elsewhere and squeezed into the formation.That inevitably leads to problems,on and off the pitch.
