Get him starting over Mahrez and it will be one step in the right direction in getting us looking our best again.

Torres and Sterling on the wings offers us pace and directness which we haven’t had since Sane got injured.

The problem is that it seems both Torres and Sterling like to play LW over RW, that's probably why Mahrez has started almost every game.

He's probably not ready to take off yet so expect some more quiet periods initially but he's going to be a star.

Him and Foden look like they have something reminiscent of David and Sane with their linkup.

Yes and giving him game time when the opposition are tiring will help build his confidence. I think it was easier for him to find space as we went ahead just before he came on and it meant they had to come out but a good performance nonetheless.

It seems like we're going to do this Mahrez thing for a while longer but Torres on the left with Sterling on the right is obviously the future. Wouldn't surprise me if its sooner rather than later.

I’d be absolutely amazed to see Sterling on the right for anything more than 15 minutes ever again. Not disputing it’s his best position but he now plays everywhere apart from there. For ffs he’s even been dropping deep like a playmaker lately. His goal record is currently excellent but his overall contribution and assists for so long now are next to nothing from the inside left.

Very impressive cameo last night. Quite evident he is a talented player, little raw but once he gets used to the PL I can see him causing teams a lot of problems.

Brilliant finish and plenty more to come.

It’s worrying that this needs to be highlighted, but we are so devoid of it generally that it stands out with Ferran... he moves off the ball! For that alone he should start more.
