I was hoping he was going to be prime Richards at left back for us, just a juggernaut up and down that flank and could defend, like Richards 11/12 before the injury.
Unfortunately his left peg isn’t fit to be in the same league as Kolarov and he reminds me of Mangala, just in the left back position, with his error prone ways.
We need a mixture of Clichy and Kolarov, which isn’t asking for much.
I’d honestly recall Angelino and get rid of Mendy and have Angelino, Ake and Cancelo as options there.

lol who’s gonna take him , 2 and half years left on 100k and chesse strings for knees . We are stuck with him . Mad thing in he was injury prone all through his career before we signed him.This is his make or break season. I cannot see him lasting another year at the club if he doesn't stay injury free. I think he lacks focus.
