did someone watch his press conference interview before the game? I only read the quotes but did he really say he prefers to play lb over cb? (not that he is bad at it, just curious)

I thought that was a misreading of what he was saying, but He paused mid thought so it wasn’t totally clear. I saw one media outlet read it the other way, saying he preferred CB. Because later he says - more clearly talking about LB - “I like it but it will take time to change and adapt.” So it seemed like when he said he preferred it, he was talking about CB. I also think he’s a people pleaser so he was careful to say he liked both! But I do think in other interviews he’s clearly said he prefers CB. (Except his intro to Leipzig interview, he said he’d always really wanted to be a striker).
