Couldn’t ask for a better debut.Is he two footed? Seemed very comfortable playing out from the back. Bigger tests to come though.

Didn't have much defending to do but he looks ace on the ball.

He was the one usually trying to take care of mistakes from Can or Hummels, so I thought he was part of the calamity at Dortmund but he was usually tidy with the ball so seeing that tonight wasn’t strange.

Not ‘tested’ as people have put it but when a Sevilla player was running at goal, he got a good foot in and intercepted well. Good debut.

Excellent. Was hoping to see how fast he is, but I guess we'll have to wait.
