Our most consistent defender since the start of last season. Obviously, Stones has been great but misses many games through injuries.

He was carrying everyone in that backline tonight. I've said it once and I'll say it again-he's underappreciated.

Holding that defence together at times today when last season he's probably the most likely to make an error. Excellent game.

The stones role however will never be his game and I still think it's a detriment to the side when we try and force it (not in the slightest his fault)

Currently our best defender? His versatility is incredible, looks so comfortable in the middle, fullback or going into midfield today.
