Great player but does not work hard enough and too selfish , he needs to be the big fish in a smaller team

No idea why the club every bought him.

He does well in teams where they hit a long ball and he can run on to it.

Against packed defences he is next to useless.

He also doesn't work hard enough and doesn't defend from the front.

Seems the more he plays, the worse we get. An excellent player but not the right fit for us.
