Without question ..put it this way in my opinion if you don't say ffs when you see Mahrez name on the team sheet or when he receives the ball,if he gets you off the edge of your seat when he runs at someone ,if there's an anticipation of something special happening when he crosses or shoots something has changed and he doesn't deserve that name anymore..

On the flip side it's pretty funny how good he is now and having a name like that so maybe it should stay ..city humour n,all

I had a feeling he would take us to the final, and I think the CL is perfect for him. Certain players just suit European football. Jesus is another. He gets more protection from refs and against the European sides just seems to come alive with more confidence and trickery.

Mahrez' record in Europe when starting is outstanding. And he was simply class last night. He's not done yet though. When he gets us the winner in the final he will be!

He has the best first touch at the club. He is contributing nearly every week and at the moment looks undroppable. This season he looks a bargain at 60 million, which we wouldn’t have said 12 months ago. So it’s a yes from me.

Still capable of frustration, and i'd like to see a bit more aggression, but his increased levels of such are the main factor in his improved performances and attitude.Obviously the positives now far outweigh the negatives.

All credit to the lad, maybe you can teach an old dog......he has nailed down a starting slot, and he is very much a game changer.
I think Mahrez need speed he can cut easily and take opponents when he is in full speed counter attacking like he was in Leicester city basically his aggression need speed, in City is game of possession it's different but he adapted well and changed the club history forever now

He was shocking for a long time and imo deserved the FFS which was mostly taking the piss out of ourselves anyway.

The difference now imo is that he believes in himself and the team and that the team believe in him. Now he's "tracking back" like anyone would ever want and he's using the ball like anyone would ever want. He's like a new signing- what we thought we were signing originally.

I hope he (and Stones and Rodri) keeps up his season's excellent form because as Sterling has shown you can go from FFS to WorldClass to FFS. And imo once you dip back down for long enough ypu should be replaced ASAP.

I'd like Mahrez to keep the FFS as a badge of honour to his amazing improvement.

He was probably the best player over two legs of semifinal European football, and whatever he does for the rest of his City career he will have been central in winning us the league, league cup, and getting us to a CL final. That makes you a club legend if you as me.

How can anyone write such rubbish about a player who scored 3 goals in a semi final tie against a team who have seen Barcelona and Bayern out is beyond me! Yesterday he took the ball from Neymar and left him on the floor, last week he took the ball from him in the box, not to mention other successful tackles and interceptions in the game. How much more "aggressivness" you want to see? Do you want him to start punching players!!!!! The problem is with fans like you not with Mahrez.

I guess we are now witnessing the reason why Pep wanted him when many on here
( myself included ) thought he was something of an expensive and frustrating luxury .

He is showing all the brilliance of his control with an end product which was not always there before.

Having seen some of his displays whilst at Leicester it was obvious that he had real ability whilst in a totally different set-up , but he has " got his shit together " for us now and looks a really strong member of the team.

At this rate with the amount of humble pie i am eating, a diet is very soon going to be called for.

Chill......I think you have misinterpreted my comment, massively.

I seek perfection, that is my nature, the point i made are only area's where he can further improve. He did great last night as i thought i'd made clear.....can he still do better? yes,and i'm sure he'd be the first to agree.
