He shut me the fuck up. Solid, clinical, impressionable, influential.

More of this please, Riyad!
He was excellent. Like most wide players, he's a lot more effective when he has a FB supporting him and giving him options. He had that today.

I hope we've finally dispensed with the inverted FB plan but I suspect not.

Masterful performance today. Makes the game look beyond simple at times. Hopefully there's a load more of it to follow.

He's coming into top form and he's contributing numbers, love to see it, an in form Mahrez starts every week.

He was excellent today. Coming into form just when it matters the most.

If he was up against an 18 year old making his second senior start and a 19 year old making his first ever senior start every week then he’d probably play like that every week!
He’s fucking class mate, get over it. A throwback maverick winger who can and does produce magic like few can. As shown with his goal against Liverpool and countless other times.

Pep was right to believe in Mahrez and sell Sterling.

Mahrez chose to fight for his spot where as Sterling just wanted a salary bump and automatic starting spot!

Pep Masterclass! And amazing turnaround from Mahrez!

Fair play to Mahrez, he was outstanding today and deserves praise. Hopefully he can maintain this form until the end of the season.

Don't know maybe having a newborn may of took his eye off the game. Seems to of turned whatever funk he was in around.

That touch to instantly control the cross field ball in the lead up to the 3rd goal was beautiful, made it look like the easiest thing in the World and didn't get much of a mention, taken for granted by the commentators.

Today’s game and reading the comments on him, it’s clear that he doesn’t really have any haters.

Rather, he has people who know he CAN and SHOULD be putting in world class performances consistently. Because we all know, talent wise, he’s up there with the best in the world. The question has always been the application and mentality.

I think he’s showing a great mentality to turn it around in his early 30’s. Now, teams can’t just focus on Kevin and haaland. There’s another chef in town. Must be a nightmare for opposition.
