He’s 20, playing for a mid table team, still adapting to a new league and team. Give him a break. Was a brigh spark today, although decision making could be better

I thought he was a bright spot. Kept going at his man and beat him consistently both toward the byline and inside, but his shooting technique is so ugly.

His final ball and decision making are horrendous

Had some good moments but not the finished article yet. He needs to toughen up as well, going down looking for free kicks with minimal contact and ducking out of 50/50’s is pathetic at this level

Its really hard for a winger of this type in this system. The window of opportunity is infinitely small and when you have to do that at such fast pace you need to really be a goat level player to get it right with higher percentage.

If Pep's idea is volume (aka have them try over and over again until they get it right), then the ball doesn't get to Savinho often enough, but if it does it becomes a problem because the defense is not suited to absorb opposition attacks.

In the end it all comes down to Pep. He completely bottled squad building and tactics here. If you have wingers like these, you have to play a more direct counterattack system.

The only critical thing is decsion making and that could be partially down to a confidence issue. He was our brightest attacking player in that performance.

Lots of potential and did ok today, but his decision making is non-existent, passes when he should shoot and shoots when he should pass. Clearly a talented player though

He's got one of the supposed worlds best centre forwards in the middle but never tends to find him, just maybe if he went forward and past the full back he'd be able to get in an early cross instead of looking to play it sideward/backward all the time

Haaland is pretty average in the box as a target man for a slow overload system. Savinho actually put in a great ball for him today that he should have buried with a header, but of course he didnt because thats not his forte.
