Not even in the same league as sterling . One goal in 43 games and people are still defending him . J don’t hate the player but we will not win nothing with him running the wings .

And if they say Savinho is only 21 and Sterling was older when he was scoring loads of goals, well Sterling at 21 could still score almost 10 league goals in a season.

Which first team wingers has the club had in the last 15 years thats worse than Savinho? I'm sure there is someone but i struggle to think of one? Almost every time I see him play he is by far the worst player on the pitch.

Edit: With that said, he is obviously young and can improve. I sure hope he does.

He wasn't as bad as Haaland or Foden, difference is those two have scored countless important goals, they can get away with poor performances sometimes, this guy has 1 fucking league goal in over 40 games, and he misses another sitter, tonight would've been a superb time to finally score a crucial goal but he fucked it yet again, , you can say Doku doesn't score enough but he creates loads of chances, Savinho doesn't do that either, at some point it gets too much and you have to get rid.

I don't disagree with that but i'll simply ask, does it reach the point where it gets too much 18 months after hes signed at the age of 21 and hes played less than 50 games for us?

Haaland missed a very good chance, far easier than Savinho's second, which the goalkeeper saved well.

That aside, it's strange logic to simply prefer players not to be involved in a game over someone who gets himself into good positions but isn't clinical.

His first touch for that one was poor, made his shot harder to get away.

Very harsh criticism. Thought he played well tonight. Yes, he missed a few chances but he made both of those chances with the runs that he made.

I just wish Foden and Haaland had made similar runs tonight, if they had we'd be celebrating a win possibly.

The problem with his first effort on target (and it seems to a be a recurring thing with our left footed players) theyre just not comfortable using the opposite foot, it was an easier chance if he used it.

What ? we had plenty of chances when Doku came on, Gvardiol could've had a hattrick, difference is Doku could always create chances out of nothing, Savinho doesn't create much.
