I've been a bit critical of his defensive skills but he was good defensively today, but damn, he is a footballer. His touches are really good, good ball control. Really pleased with him and this is what I hoped when we signed him.

He is probably the closest thing to Dani Alves.Dont thing there is any fullback who has better technique then him.I bet Pep love him.

There was a point when he needed such technique to play out twice in quick succession.

I don’t know any other full back who wouldn’t have just gone long or could have pulled it off.

A great player and one I always believed would come good as I felt you could see moments of class early on.
