If he can just cut out the brainfarts we could actually roll with Nunes he's genuinely becoming a very good right back. He did some great defending that second half, couldn't fault him one bit, they played plenty of balls over his head trying to capitalise on him and he was really switched on and didn't give them a sniff.

I don't even really blame him for mistakes.

He's a career midfielder being asked to play in a position he's clearly not comfortable playing. It's simply inevitable he's gonna make mistakes, some will turn out to be costly.

He's got a good attitude and never lacks effort. That'll do for me when he's asked to do a job he essentially shouldn't be doing. He's just not a right back and we shouldn't be thinking of him as a long term solution.
