You can see at the end of games where we keep clean sheets he and Stones are celebrating like we won the title and could see his frustration at losing the clean sheet at the end of that game.

Absolutely this. He doesn't stop organising and motivating the whole game. We need character and this guy has that by the bucket load

He, the same like Kompany, makes the other ones better. Funny thing is that Stones is better than him at the moment. If, and it's a big if, Stones can keep himself away from injuries he can be the best CB in the world for the next 7-8 years.

Dias was better than Stones today. More importantly, they are becoming a very formidable partnership.

Stones has been better than Ruben in most games, but I agree that today Ruben was better

Thought about this as well, and I also thought about the fact that he’s only 23. Not even Vinnie showed those leadership qualities at that age. Dias is constantly vocal and instructs his team-mates exceptionally well. I have a man-crush on this guy and what he has done for the team in such a short space of time
