Future Captain for me leads by example

Make him Captain at the end of the season. Giving the armband to Silva for a season, and Fernandinho for a season, is all very nice - but having some structure and a captain for the next 10 years is important, imo.

!0/10 performace for determination not to conceed goals is his norm with a drop to 8/10 when hes is sick and should really be in a hospital bed on a drip.

Not sure who was ever really in the frame when the speculation was rife about us buying a defender but what a purchase this guy has been for us.

He probaly wont win any awards due to the pathetic and anti-City nature of the football media , but he probably couldn't give a flying fuck so long as her doesn't allow our defence to conceed,

The guy will win plenty of team awards - in his first season in English he'll win a minimum of 2.
As for personal awards - fuck the Red loving media, and all those mediocre players who would love to be at our club so vote for anyone but a City player.

Colossal debut season from Dias and the frightening (or awesome) thing is he can get better.
