34 years on and it’s still 5-1

The happiest day of my life.
I was walking on air for days after that.
Truly incredible game and score line.
For me it tops the lot. The 93:20. Yaya’s FA cup and the CL win. All of them.
If I had died in my sleep that night, I would have died a very happy and contented man.

But but,but, it's City that's ruining football. So in truth, the successful rag days, were all because they spent more money than anyone else, anyone can do that.
 
My lifetime regret that I will take to the grave with me is not being in the Kippax that day where I always stood in the top corner next to the away fans

I lived in Newport at the time and came up for the match with my then girlfriend. I managed to get 2 tickets in the North stand.

I was absolutely gutted that I missed out on the atmosphere on the Kippax. The 5-1 win and a sh@g later that day made up for it a bit.
