Calm your tits, none in here is seriously suggesting that he will have places in final squad cuts when the seasons officially begin. Some people are taking appreciate for him and complimenting his last two matches performance.

You didn't need to put serious thought about it, maybe they posting it in not serious way. It's hard put sarcastic tone in post.

At the end of the day, does it matter what other thinks about him? It's not illegal to give compliment on his performance for the past two match and it's not like it will changes what Pep thinks about him.

My agenda? I'm simply stating that if Walker were to leave Akanji and sometimes Stone would need to move outside leaving us a bit light in terms of depth at CB. Is that not the case?

He was very good at times but gave it away in horrible places more than once. A better team would have punished those mistakes

A good start at a new club will hopefully kick start his career.

He was always more of a 'battling' rather than 'technical' type of player .....a defensive role where the ball is in front of him will suit him better.

So pleased for Kalvin that he’s had a good preseason. Needed the confidence boost and the last two games in particular he’s been excellent in the CB role. Hopefully it will help open up more options for him going forward. Aside from one error last night (and who doesn’t make errors in a match) he was very good indeed.
