I really don't think how it will be paid is the problem because it still clears up the FFP crap either way. We have the money to front as long as we have money coming in eventually.

Was thinking that myself, but we probably need the full sum over the next 3 years as the first time FFP is actually used is when it will be hardest for us to break even in theory.

IMO it should be £50m...£40m up front and a 25% sell on fee but 75% if he looks to move within 2 years.
