Maybe to you, but if someone says one things and acts another way in most walks of life, they’d be called out.

For me, Pep either cuts the lip service about Foden, or backs it up now by playing him.

I'm more convinced than ever that there's going to be a tipping point where he goes from not playing at all to starting the majority of games.

When that tipping point is might decide how our season goes though.

We can't compare ourselves against Barca, Real, and Bayern now because they have B teams in the mighty Spanish/German 3rd tiers? Thats excuse making, pure and simple. PSG I'll give you, but if all the others can do it (and I'm definitely including Liverpool considering they're an excellent side), surely we should be able to do better than... zero players post takeover? Considering Khaldoon talks about it every year in his interview it's clearly one of the goals.

Not for me, the league is a much better test of a teams ability

They were one point back last season (and yeah, won a Champions League), and are currently eight points ahead this season. We're really going to pretend there is such a massive gap between us and Liverpool that its not even a valid comparison?

The whole point with b teams is that they place decent competition,why do you think the spainish teams in particular are able to bring lots of players through,here we have low level cometition where the sole aim is to develop them and not worrying about the scores,so paddy said and he knows,completely different,pep spoke about it a lot when he first arrived

I suspect you may be right there Kaz and I suspect with the recent publicity we have had, they will keep digging for more sticks. They clearly are hurting at what we have achieved
