When we are playing twice a week I’d expect significant involvement. No drama really.
Also, if he can be picked for the U21 (and create 2 assists) with his lack of minutes this season, why can’t he do it for the senior team? Because Southgate & the FA refuse to acknowledge our team is levels above the England team.

Just watched Henderson playing for England and havent got a clue what he has to offer , even at Foden's early stage of his career , he is a far superior footballer to Henderson , if Southgate is serious about winning trophies he needs to pick his best footballers. Foden has Silva as his mentor , Henderson has Vinny Jones.

Yeah agree next year will be his year he has to be starting at least half of our premier games with silva nowt here.

You can’t expect him to pick an 19 year old who’s played 10 minutes this season over a seasoned vet. Come on. Why do you think Mount got in?
 
Of course he wants to force the issue. He's watching Sancho and Mount and all the others he came up through youth football with progress with their careers while he's sat on his arse on the subs bench. If Pep doesn't start giving him some serious game time we are going to lose him. It's time for Pep to stop saying what a good player he is in his press conferences and show he believes that by playing him.
 
Really hope pep is handling this brilliantly and Foden stays to become a legend, but worried if he doesn't get more games he'll either plateau or fuck off. As a few said last week, he should be coming on when we are 3 up wit 20 mins left. If nothing else it's more experience for him and a chance to rest someone else's legs.
