Making what up?

He started his career with us well but has gone backwards.

Settling in this team is difficult, we have seen players with far better ability than Grealish take time to gel into this team but Grealish is looking flat footed, far too happy to stand and watch the play, not getting into the box and not trying to find space.

He has to improve and quickly and he has to improve his fitness considerably.

The bit I quoted. What you've posted here maybe true to an extent but I'm not sure it's Down to a lack of desire or hunger but more struggling to come to terms with just how good and more importantly disciplined we are than where he's spent his career to date.

Discipline should not be an issue with a international player, neither should Grealish he be star struck, settling in is getting used to the tactics and demands a big difference.

Best player on the pitch last night and I lost count of the number of fouls he drew. Now knuckle down Phil and keep your head clean and do your talking on the pitch

Hate the hair and the reason he has the style because of that loser Gazza. Classy finishing last night and Pep will get the best out of Phil
