Their goal aside I am surprised at the criticism. He wasn’t at his best but of the front 3 he was still better than the other 2.

Poor play for their goal. Sloppy. Pep will no doubt point that out. He wasn’t the only one culpable for it but tracking your man is the minimum requirement. He was ok second half.

Too much expected of him by fans at this stage of his career. Fully expect him to have a few more average games before thevseason ends... It's all part of his learning.

Foden was still the best attacker today on the pitch, even though he had an average game..

Good kick on Bernardo`s cross, but Forster could save it..
Number of good dribbles and passes to Grealish and in overall he was fresher than Sterling or Grealish or Jesus or even Cancelo - who was also effective..

Games like this happens sometimes during the season, but team fought till the end and they lacked a little bit of luck..

3 weeks to have a rest, Mahrez will return and hopefully everyone will be ready to push for this season`s final 4 months..

Disappointed with Foden. Wanted him to tear up the league this season and be in the running for the best player but he's not doing it.

Not playing bad, neat and tidy but hasn't been the standout player in games.

Today was bad though, don't think Pep will be happy with him for their goal.

Stops fannying around with the brummie and starts concentrating again all should be back on track sooner rather than later

Isn't in top form, but isn't in bad form. I do believe moving him every game is hurting him, it's impossible to play a different position every week and find consistency he needs to play every game on the left to recapture his best form. However, he was still our most threatening forward today, laid it on a plate for sterling, played another few decent balls in that could have ended with an assist, decent volley attempt, looked to actually take on his man and try and create something. It's a solid 7/10 game, the problem is he was the best one.

The lad is back from Covid. May need time to get to his best. Wasn't bad at all today. Will get better after the break.

He was not good in last 2 games. That’s not problem. He had covid. I trust him, he will be better.

Still shows a few moments of absolute class. He got a bit unlucky at times with his final ball when he did really well to get there.

Some really nice interplay with Rodri, Cancelo, and Grealish at times.

I’ll give you that, was wondering the same but from then on thought he was positive.

Hes had a stop start season and isnt getting a regular run in his best position. We know the lad is top quality. I think he needs a run of games on the left. He could very easily have had an assist and a goal today and thats with him playing below par.
