I know we've been posting "it's crazy to think how far we've come" comments for years now but it really does seem crazy that I see plenty of comments across the internet now from kids who support clubs like Barca and Real Madrid who talk about how it's their dream to have Phil playing in their team.

He's paved the way for others in the academy but he's also taking our reputation to the next level globally. If we go get a few others coming through who are near his level then we're only just seeing the beginning.
