Great player Saka. Wish we had him.Just watching Saka and I look back to the fearlessness that Foden had against United and when was up against Liverpool away when he gave Robertson a torrid time.

I don’t have any confidence that having him, or any other top winger would make the slightest bit of difference at the moment. He plays with the freedom that our wide men were given in 17/18. Would he get the same freedom at City now, or is he more likely to be told to not lose possession?Great player Saka. Wish we had him.
I absolutely hate the way our wide men play. I used to lean towards it being a Mahrez/Grealish issue for being too safe/negative, but watching what has happened to Foden, it can only be from Pep. I don’t see how Saka or anyone else would change much, until Pep stops being so negative (can’t believe that’s a thing) and gives wide men the freedom to make mistakes and potentially lose possession.

I’ll tell his mum if you call our philClassy on the field but not so sure about off the field, maybe that's where the problem lies.

He`s being played out of position and he`s not the only one.

Get him back on the right cutting in on his left foot. That's where he was effective earlier in the season

Yes, I agree with that, the same issue with all our players, we have seen a very different Grealish from the one at Villa.I don't think his position is the problem. Pep has gone too far with the possession at all costs.

Currently sat alongside our designate 10,as an inverted right winger/attacking midfielder.

He doesnt have the strength to dominate the middle of the park,he is far too lightweight and loses nearly every 50/50.
Its not yet an issue....but if he wants to be that General,he definitely needs to find far more aggression and power.

I'd far sooner find a player that has both pace and power,to sit next to Rodri.

I hope we have plenty of cash in the bank because we need to really splash the cash.
We have allowed the chasing pack to catch up to us, Arsenal, Rags, Newcastle will all be stronger next season, no more worrying about FFP, no more fucking about, identify the players early and get them in early.
