Our most attacking player in first half,they were shit scared of him,had a good game.
That ball from cancelo was in the air for ages, did him no favors with it...He definitely didn't 'struggle' imo but with that being said, I hope Pep doesn't play him there in CL just for lack of experience..I'm preparing my tin hat here...
But i think he struggled last night and i feel that this position as RB he is not comfortable in.
On the 2 slips that he made in defending if you are up against a Salah/Haaland/Messi you will get punished.

Yeah there were some moments of real class and there were a small number of times it all looked awkward. But he's not really a RB by trade so it was a thoroughly decent attempt.I thought he was just alright, did a job in an unfamiliar position but at times you could see very clearly its an unfamiliar position. If he's up against decent opponents that will attack I'm not convinced it's a better option than Cancelo and zinchenko. Worthwhile experiment though.
