It’s rubbish? He is a player prone to injury. It’s a game we were going to win comfortably and a game where Pep rested key players. But played one of our most important players who happens to be injury prone. Yeah, rubbish.

If it wasnt for his injury record he would go down as one of the great centre backs of our era , so similar to Vinny he also missed so much football due to niggling injuries , KDB & Stones misisng is definitely effecting our fluidity in the middle of the park , we need them both back ASAP if we want to emulate last seasons achievements

But he's been back playing for a month now. If it were his first game back in under a week's time or so then I could see putting some blame on Pep and the staff.

Tbh he needs wrapping in cotton wool, he just can't play game after game without getting injured. Hopefully it's not serious and he will stay with City for the international break and be back for the dippers. He's just a player I think who shouldn't really be asked to play in the easier games, because of his injury record and how important he is to the way we play.

For those saying he shouldn’t have played, Going straight into the toughest games isn’t great for an injury prone player either. Pep could have only intended to play him for 45 anyway. City has managed other injuries well, I don’t think they’ve suddenly forgotten their way with John. Just feels unlucky. But I do hope since it wasn’t an on field incident, hes back soon.

If Stones is injured again, it’s bad news. Really important player for various reasons. I didn’t know he injured himself as I agreed with Pep to rest him for the upcoming games. Let’s hooe it is not that serious
