Actually, it's probably not even necessary to discuss it. I honestly don't see which club would come in for him at present, with the injury record he has.
Very sad. Rolls-Royce of a player. When he's fit. You know, in the end, this happened with Vinny. The injuries were just becoming absurd.
With his age and injury record, just makes sense to keep him for his character in the dressing room. If we do end up getting a suitable offer, it would make sense for him to go to keep his England aspirations alive.Actually, it's probably not even necessary to discuss it. I am not daft, whatever people think of me. I had to accept it when my all time hero Dunnie Monster left. I had to accept it when Vinnie went, another of my heroes.
Yes they get older like us all and they have to move on but let me enjoy Christmas!! :-) ;-)
