The most excited I have been about an academy kid since Phil.

This lad is absolute quality.

I don't think Gundo or Mahrez would have started on this team Their peak version, maybe. But the current 32 and 33 year old versions of them simply wouldn't beat out Phil, Bernado (and as it's looking.. perhaps even Bobb).




I'm hesitant to say it, but my sense is he is a starter by season's end. He is to me what people hoped Palmer would be. A player who's performance constantly looks like he should be getting more minutes and starts.

Have you seen Gundo this season? Looking absolutely top quality and has gained the respect of fans who have seen some of the very best midfielders ever to play the the game turning out for Barcelona. We have missed him massively this season imo but the future is looking positive with the likes of Bobb emerging.
