Can’t see anyone being daft enough to gamble on him.Another injury, cant see him lasting past the summer
Concerning that Dias looks like he's trending in that direction too since his injury from a season or two ago. Akanji's largely been available since we've signed him and his current injury is just a consequence of carrying the load the other center backs have failed to hold up.Stones
Ake
Akanji
CH curse
Can’t see anyone being daft enough to gamble on him.
Don’t get me wrong, I think he’s a great player and I hugely respect him for playing through the pain barrier. They will if the price and his wage demands are right. He's a quality footballer and probably worth the risk for a couple of years.
We would struggle to give him away for free. He would struggle to get a loan deal. It will be hard to get someone to gamble on injury prone players, despite how good they are. They will if the price and his wage demands are right. He's a quality footballer and probably worth the risk for a couple of years.
Doyle and Huijsen for Ake and Stones. We should keep Callum Doyle next season as Ake can’t stay fit. If Ake is keen on going back to Bournemouth, a swap for Huijsen could make some sense
Its probably more like we know we aren't going to be able to sell even if we wanted to so we might as well keep them for experience as the two new centre backs we've signed won't take up squad slots next season as they are under 21.A reminder that many think we should go into next season with the same set of CBs or get rid of the least injury prone among the experienced ones.
I like Huijsen and Schlotterbeck (not Vanderson so much), but very expensive though as we’ll probably sign a keeper and at least two midfielders as wellDoyle and Huijsen for Ake and Stones.
Schlotterbeck for Akanji (maybe keep Akanji as a backup).
Vanderson for RB.
Defense is rebuilt.
Many dont think that.A reminder that many think we should go into next season with the same set of CBs or get rid of the least injury prone among the experienced ones.
