Yes we did have Tolmie, Parlane, Dalziel ( a useful winger I seem to remember)

The Parlane, Tolmie duo was quality in that season, they were superb together.

Ha ha I get what you mean I was trying to say we had Gordon’s not two Gordon Smith’s ie Smith and Dalziel and just to confuse matters didn’t have a right back on loan from Celtic called Gordon Sinclair at the same time ?

Did some research into Cancelo, he's had this same attitude at every club he's been at. A few snippets of info leaking at Juve of him being pissed off at being on the bench and not playing champions league games, annoyed at the manager for talking about him after Juves exit out of the champions league wanting to leave, asking his agent to get him a move

he was on loan at Inter and was annoyed at being benched for a couple of cup games. Had attitude in training for Valencia but thry continued to play him as he was a top prospect.

Really unprofessional

If so why did we bring him to club in the 1st place ,did we not do a back ground check on him ?
We would of been better keeping Danilo .

Smith was a class act if he had pace he would have been some player, only that "miss" can we hold against him.

That Billy McNeil promotion season was one of my favorite of all time.

Don't remember the RB, but we were signing many unknown Scots.

Tolmie was an incredible signing for what we paid, scored some superb goals, great partnership with Parlane and ensured promotion, and gave us plenty of good memories!

Agreed, one of my favorites of that era
