I dont get playing him as LB with Grealish, why have two right footed players on the left side?

Both prefer to cut in or cant cross low on their weak foot well (most players cant).

If Foden is there its fine, but he should never pair with Grealish.
I agree.....and Foden playing there, is far better than having a different LB imo.

He is the Bruno of full back. Do a lot of stupid things and then make one brilliant pass... Maybe useful facing a weak team but not against tough ones...
We face weak teams 90% of the time.

Watching Haalands movement I have confidence in just 3 players to consistently play the balls needed to supply him. KDB, Foden and Cancelo. Haaland could be perfect for Cancelo.

Cancelo lost possession in this match 22 times, the most of any player by far. Runner up was Kevin on possession lost 18 times.

Like a few others had a shaky time but that is probably down to easing back into the season.

Risk and reward player. With his technical ability he is able to Instigate a lot of offensive actions. When in form, Cancelo is a joy to watch. The issue we have is that when not on form he can at times stink the place out if we are playing against aggressive players.

Don't think he has had a good game for us in over 6 months. Has all the technical ability in the world but gives the ball away in dreadful positions. He's a proper hybrid of a winger/full back but it is detrimental to him.

FFS.....Cancelo role demands he runs harder than anyone else, not a little bit, but a whole humongous lot.

I'd like to have seem some of you running up and down that wing after your summer holiday full of beer and paella you fat fucks....;^)

Cancelo and Walker will take a little longer to run the hard miles Pep demands. Both fantastic professionals.
