Sergio has had some awful misses in his time such as the Chelsea one last season but he’s stepped up in big games for us, after that Chelsea miss 5-10 minutes later he’s scored a great goal. KDB steps up for us in big games, he took the game to them pretty much singlehandedly last night, Leroy constantly stepped up against Liverpool for the last couple of years, one of the few players they’re scared off. I think sterling get one more year before he’s off to Madrid is they want him for a hefty price. Leroy is twice the player he is

Its funny when I see people here compare Sane, a complete footballer and the closest thing to a young Ronaldo to Sterling.

Pep might have been unimpressed with Sane but that is HIS personal opinion of the player, I am allowed to have MY personal view as well and my opinion is that Pep's decision to bench Sane was a HUGE ego driven mistake, we have NO one like Sane in the team and kid coming from Valencia still wouldn't give us the pace, energy, take ons, set pieces and assists that Sane contributed to the team!

Age plays havoc with the memory, but I think after the miss at Burnley, he managed to score in the very next game, so it was quickly forgotten about. Now, however, he’s going to have a few weeks to mull that one over and can expect plenty scrutiny and criticism. He’ll need to be strong mentally and to score early when it begins again.

As an aside, he may play for England before he plays for City again, although I'm not sure exactly how long our players get on holiday based on the date we got knocked out.
