My entire post was about his general play. His goal scoring is a different aspect of football. We as a team have scored a similar number of goals as last season but we’re nowhere near as good as a team as we were last season. We aren’t playing as well or fast or slick as the previous two years. Everything has been a bit ‘off’. I think the same of Sterling as an individual player I his general play.18 goals already. Hardly a shadow of the previous 2 seasons, given that he has scored more goals at this point of the season than in any other season so far. IIRC, he scored 24 and 26 goals in the last 2 seasons. He might go above 30 this season. Hope he continues to be a shadow like that. Imagine if he wasn't a shadow. He would have scored 50 goals already.
