Incredible skills of positioning and anticipating where he needs to be usually.

But once he has the ball or he has to control the ball he starts fumbling, hesitating, choose the wrong move, make an awful shot, misscontrol etc.

Frustrating as hell. Haaland would bury 2 goals from every chance Sterling has.

This is Sterling to a tee and I can’t see it ever changing tbh.

I think it’s time to truly give Foden and Ferran the string of games they deserve. Love Raz to death but year after year it’s the same thing with him. Ferran is far more clinical and I know had Ferran been given the same opportunities like Raz today, he would’ve bagged them in. It’s frustrating to see Raheem at 26 still spazzing out given a goal scoring opportunity, it’s something that should have been fixed by now.
A string of games on the bench I think would be good for him right now, he’ll come back hungry and with that extra bit of bite that he’s been lacking recently.

Yes really. If there's a culture of abuse then it gives people the belief that abusing a player is tolerable. Maybe you have legitimate reasons but there are plenty of nasty posts aimed at Sterling here and elsewhere. Someone without the filter of knowing racism is intolerable will see things like this and that's where the racist abuse kicks in. This forum has a ton of readers who don't post and if any of those are young or stupid then maybe they'll get some ideas.

Hate breeds hate.
Criticism and abuse aren’t the same thing at all.

It's not hunger or bite that are missing, it's ability.

Pep‘s fault. Should play your best 11 in a Derby end of. If Foden, Silva and Walker are not in his best 11 then we can forget the Champions League at the business end of the season.
