Why not delay his contract renewal for another year,who is likely to come in for him playing like he is. And presumably he is seeking an improved offer on his existing one and has dispensed his agent.

We wouldn't miss his goals,many of which arent crucial to our results anyway.We are currently doing great without him,and a player like Grealish,who adds far more to cohesion,hold up play and build up,as well as weighing in with a few himself,would also aid the spread of goals across our attack.

I genuinely think we'd be far more fluid and solid.
