He was Ok today but drifted out of the game in the second half and was as ,@BLUEGAZ said ,a little half hearted in his pressing. Lost the ball a few times too but he wasn't alone in that.
 
He was terrible towards the end constantly kicking the ball back to their players. Rightly hooked. Needed that second goal from Fern to calm the nerves and provide breathing space

Yeah. Better than he had been with the ball, but still missing a certain something.

Hopefully it's like with Bernardo where this time last year you could see that he was slowly getting more out of his performances week by week before it all clicked suddenly.

The angle of the pass was indeed excellent, I thought it just held up a little and prevented Gabby from taking it a tiny bit earlier, but that could have been down to the conditions as much as Sterling marginally under-hitting it
