This is our best 6, comfortably so imo but I don't think Pep likes playing it purely for the fact it limits us quite substantially in options from the bench. No fresh legs in midfield other than a 78 year old dinho to bring on when they all play from thr start. Pep doesnt make many subs as it is but when he does he typically likes to freshen up the midfield. If we've got Grealish, Sterling and Jesus all on the bench looking for minutes in the front 3 and possibly a few from Delap Mcatee and Palmer too for the same position and no recognised Central midfielder it looks a bit imbalanced.Okay!

Lovely cameo from Gundo against the rags. Their fans must be sick with envy that we can afford to leave such a brilliant player on the bench. Pogba and Fernandes might be skillful but they lack the class and character of Mr Whippy!

Gundog is a an excellent player and an important part of the squad but I agree that currently he is not one of our best XI.
Great player to bring on and manage games out.

Missed him so much tonight, when he plays we have so much more control of the game we don't continually give the ball away like we did tonight, he must be a starter for the remaining games, if not, we ain't retaining the tittle.

Strange decision to leave Gundo on the bench for ninety minutes , if there is one player liable to nick a goal in a tight game then it is him , could have taken either Foden, Bernardo or Grealish off , one thing is for certain Gundo would have taken one of the sitters Bernardo missed against Villa
