What a great player he's been and is still is for us.

Technically untouchable, slowing down with age but has never let us down..

File him alongside Ferna, Yaya, and Nige, he deserves to be in this bracket..

Certainly nowhere near his best but don’t underestimate the three crucial defensive interventions he made when we were struggling in that first half

Its almost as if everyone is blind to what he did. the speed he showed to cover the ground and erase Cancelo's error was impressive.

It was,unfortunately it fucked him up for the rest of the game.

He was running in treacle and slow to react,a return to the struggling player we saw a couple of seasons ago.

Worries me lately , seems to have lost his arriving in the box at crucial moments , clearly playing with injury

He was so off the pace in the first half it was scary

a couple of times there was a loose ball in midfield that was in his area, both times he was just too slow to pounce on it. He must be playing with an injury or all the injuries of the past are catching up with him

he’s one to watch in the summer as a potential leaver , he might not have the Athletic ability to play in our team anymore

real shame as he’s a great player on his day and he’s had many of those days playing for city

Some of that is tactical, too. Against Leeds he was playing deeper much closer to Rodri with Grealish, Foden and Sterling as a three ahead of him. And he executed the defensive side of that role really well
