He played brilliantly last night. I was hoping he'd start and thought he might be thrown in at left back. Confident on the ball, happy to move into attacking areas - a bright light. The penalty was a joke and he got over it quickly. An excellent debut away from home and certainly must have made Gareth think about a place in the squad considering his versatility.
