82 | Rico Lewis - 2024/25

i very much question his hunger and desire every time he jogs back to position as we're getting countered and we end up conceding, sorry
Fair point, I don't think its through a lack of not wanting to do more though... he's just not physically capable enough to play in midfield.

We need ruthless Pep back - Rico, Walker and Gundo need dropping after that and then we can focus on a rebuild. I don't mind losing when we have tried hard and matched other teams - there should be no illusion Spurs could have scored 7 tonight. Awful application and our skipper epitomises the route we are going down so Pep must be ruthless.

Again. He is nowhere near the talent WHO MIGHT make it at city. We gave up much bigger talents. He will be in the championship soon.
He wouldn’t last 5 mins in the Championship.

There can’t have been a single person at the club, that was happier than Rico to hear Pep had signed an extension. No other manager would wear Rico week in, week out.

He’s bang average at the things some on here think he is good at and absolutely dogshit at the rest. Slow. Weak. Negative. If he wasn’t a local lad, he would be getting destroyed on here.

In the future, he can be a pretty solid barometer of where this side is at. If he is playing a lot of games, this side is fucked. If he goes back to being the squad player he is, then things will likely be looking up.

He will NEVER be a top player and I will die on that hill.

Needs taking out of the firing line. He isn’t ready. Has potential but is nowhere near good enough to be a midfield starter. This is doing him no favours. Far too slow and weak.

Having flashbacks to the Eric Garcia period. Pep can’t seem to see his faults.
