Rico Lewis is fucking quality, he’s just turned 20 & has played about 6 positions & been the best player on the pitch on many occasions but as soon as we lose people point at the little lad. Has Pep taught you nothing. Fck me!
Thank god someone posted some sense finally - thanks!!!

When you play Rico Lewis without Rodri, you concede goals.

Hope this is understood soon.

We are playing with 10 men

At least try Esbrand Pep, whose position is that LB

We are wasting time and resource on this “hm hm”

I really think Rico needs to take a step back and have a re-think - he is very much like a lot of young modern players in that his first thought when he is challenged is to fall down and try to get a free kick. Problem is often if there is no free kick, it allows teams to break into the space he is no longer in. There is a good player in there but at this moment he is not adding a lot to our team and I'll stand on that hill all day.

If we have the players to do so we will do but again it is a forced situation and have few inexperienced players in reserve.

If we're playing the offside trap it's Walker's fault, period.
Checking your shoulder as a defender is basic, period. you’re taught it at junior football. Walker is to blame also I didn’t dispute that

Rico has got to be stronger when in possession. He goes to ground an awful lot. Seems to be something that has become a bit of a habit and perhaps comes from his academy days when he may have got a free kick in the past. Far too lightweight and it’s causing us problems when he loses possession in dangerous positions.
If it wasn’t for injuries he could have been taken out of the firing line for a bit. Hopefully he’ll come good again but on current form, he’s not Premier league level.
Edit. LOL. What do I know.

Rico scores his once every 100 chances goal. Great finish, but doesn't diminsh anything else.
