can't do no worse against spurs than our current midfield, it lacks legs, pace or physicality in there , mind he did well against them in carabaoAgainst Spurs or Liverpool? Bit of a baptism against either of those.

Not paricularly good in the league games especially vs Brentford leading up to the Champions League final.Watched Palmer in training too who didn't get minutes and is doing alright for himself at Chelsea. Lavia too eventually will do well when he gets going. Sometimes putting people on pitch is important than testing in trainings

To me our recent problems have been down to the absence of Rodri, Dias, Ake, Akanji, Stones and Walker’s fitness. Also Gundogan hasn’t been the same player we let go in 2003. McAtee wouldn’t have played in any of those positions.
