Worked hard. Great assist. But he needs his goals. And he is finding it hard to get them this year. Mainly due to poor assists from his teamplayers.

As for getting corners and being giddy … come on. He should be better than that.

Poor first half, very good second half.

He became even better when KdB got subbed. I think KdB is making Haaland worse atm. KdB is having an absolutely dreadful season and he drags the attackers down with him.

I think asking him to lead the press solely is too tall of a task. He's just not 'built' to do that. Maybe put Alvarez/Foden alongside him to split the responsibilities.

I was impressed with his passing tonight though. Cheeky little assist for Bernie.

Linked well with Grealish too in the move leading to Foden's shot which brought out a good save from Pope. He could hold onto the ball a bit better at times though.

As much as his team mates need to learn to find him, he also needs to learn to make the right runs, and hes not getting it quite just yet

At one point today, he ran towards KDB, rather than peeling away , and KDB rightly told him and bollocked him

That's coz he's not sure he's getting the ball if he makes that run, not the other way around. He was excellent today without scoring. Sad he's off to Madrid. Or Liverpool. Or Accrington Stanley. Or The Red Lion. or........

Haaland reminds me of Edin Dzeko and the problem he had playing with his back to go.

I know it seems ridiculous for someone with so many goals but he’s a much better player receiving the ball in front of him. He just hasn’t got the first touch to play with his back to goal
