Unfortunately he is in a world cup year.

As he found out when he won a treble and scored 50 goals in 2023, but a great 7 games in the world cup and Messi won it.

If a Yamal, Mbappe or Kane win the world cup they will win it.

He would have to win the CL for him to have any hope.

I know for 2012 Messi did 91 for the calendar year, I wonder what Haaland is on track for.

Messi also had 32 assists with those 73 goals, which is just insane.
