Just got zero presence in the box or presence whatsoever. And the amount of times he smashes a low shot into a defender's feet is terrible. There's a reason we've opted to play half the season strikerless instead of use a guy who only really excels when he's not expected to actually touch the ball. Sprinting at defenders is his forté.

I’ve said it before, he’s not even interested in putting the ball in the net. Don’t care about the link up stats and the defensive impact. We’ve got midfielders and defenders for that

When a team is putting players behind the ball like today, link up play counts for nothing. You need someone who’s hungry to stick it in the net. Does he have that hunger? Not for me

"He's more of a wide forward" they say...yet wide forwards are also supposed to be direct, dangerous and have an eye for goal. He has none of these qualities and just won't ever be as good as some want him to be.
