I believe the team is better with him in it. Sergio is incredible, a legend, but Gabby brings more to the collective, in my view. Those preferring an out and out striker and obsessing about the latest new toy are clearly not seeing the skills he has and the space he opens up for others.Works his fucking off gonads every game, he’s not Sergio but his input to the collective effort can’t be ignored his constant runs go unnoticed apart from the defenders he drags with him to make space.

There are many better than Gabby tbh. Some are PL as well. Haaland would be an Agüero replacement. I don't see Gabby as a decent option for a striker. Too inconsistent in my opinion. He won't ever be our main striker. If you want him as a back up fine! This is his season to prove and so far I haven't seen anything remotely consistent. Aguero is sadly at the end of his career so it’s best we presume him as gone I think.

Tbf with Jesus there's a decent number of posters that amazingly still to this day have absolutely no idea what he brings to the team and still expect him to be a classical CF.
