Suppose they’d be no harm in having both but what I mean is if we sign Halaand I hope he doesn’t just come in and become the de facto number 1 striker. Jesus is a brilliant player. If we had both I’d like them to see equal minutes (don’t mind Jesus on the wing either).

There is, I believe, almost no chance of us getting Halaand. It would be wonderful, but it's just not going to happen. We need to look around for a striker who has huge potential but hasn't yet become completely prominent in the media. In short, we need the scouts to do their job.

It’s not often you get a technically great player who also works endlessly- putting the team before himself. Creates space & terrifies the opposition. He’s still very young & learning all the time. He also has a wonderful attitude.

Should not be compared with Kun as they’re very different players & both bring different things to the team.

He is a world class player & keeps many top class forwards out of the Brazil team.

I think you'd have to be a particularly petty and bitter person to complain about offside calls today.

For a start, Torres was offside for the fist disallowed goal, not Gaby, and the second was a millimetre offside that they spent 5 minutes trying to find.

His performance was excellent.

Fine lines, if his run is onside he maybe doesn't get the contact and the keeper smothers the shot.

Is there a still anywhere of Torres' offside?

Great work rate both defensively and offensively without the ball. Good performance.

Although I feel like he’s not quite the goal threat that really great strikers seem to be.
