A Book about City Fans, History & Culture (Contributions Welcome)

Do you want people to write a single paragraph, or do you mean a chapter?

As you can tell Dave i did not not go to Manchester grammer school lol .yes. A chapterbof 15-25 pages is great .but all contributions are welcome .am trying to get something a bit different together .we have some great books about players & ex players .some great history books about the club .many books on hooligans .so i just want to try & do somet a bit different all help and advice is welcome

I have been in touch with a local publisher and the idea is for a book covering the history & culture of City fans from say the 50's to the present day .content will be anything and everything .covering away travle .football specials .fanzines .websites forums .Kippax . City
Pubs suporters groups .Forward with Franny Campaign Free 30 thousand .1894 group.Holigan era .Meeting players ect ect .nothing will be off limits to portray the History & Culture of the fans .the working idea is for 10 -15 fans to write a chapter each 15 -25 pages .any one interested getting involved to write a chapter please pm me .there are so many great contributors to this site so lets hope it is a goer cheers Don

Brilliant Don...you will have loads of takers.
How about a chapter about the die hard non manc blues who have been there forever and will be there forever....Cheltenham lot (that could be a book on its own!), chesterfield lot (that too could be a book on its own!!) morecombe lot, blackpool lot, glossop lot (tongue in cheek!!!!) etc.
you will also have to have a chapter just about the 'gentlemans mornings'.
